About Me
PRACTITIONER PROFILE: Providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care across the lifespan with over 20 years of clinical experience.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Minnesota to
provide psychiatric care across the lifespan. My educational journey began at
Minneapolis Community and Technical College and Metropolitan State University in
Saint Paul, and culminated in advanced graduate education at Eastern Kentucky
University.
With more than 20 years of experience across mental health, medical, and critical care settings, I bring a comprehensive, steady, and clinically grounded approach to psychiatric treatment. My practice emphasizes thoughtful assessment, accurate diagnosis, and individualized care grounded in evidence-based standards.
I specialize in the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, psychotic disorders, and substance-related disorders. Care is delivered through a collaborative, patient-centered model that prioritizes safety, trust, and individualized treatment planning.
By creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment, I empower individuals to actively participate in their mental health care. Treatment plans are tailored to each person’s unique needs, focusing not only on symptom relief, but also on long-term stability, resilience, and improved quality of life.
